We have stayed at this property on many occasions and have always been happy . We stayed there in May 2022 and was very disappointed. We hired a safety gate and highchair. There was no safety gate on arrival the highchair had no safety reigns and was dirty. I reported both to reception. Was told the highchair did not need reigns. Someone came to fit the safety gate which kept moving for the rest of the week. Niether was fit for purpose. The standard of cleanliness was appalling we had to clean surfaces. Bedding was ripped. A window would not close
Ants got in to a lot of our food.
I have emailed euro parcs on 2 occasions and have received no reply. We will not be staying there again.
Bathroom in the apparently 'refurbished' houses absolutely disgusting! If I wanted the standard worse than my student house bathroom I certainly wouldn't have paid this price!!!
Sufficient free parking. Also free parking at the house.
Reception, resturant & swimming pool, all placed at the center of the park are well kept.

Nice, quiet bungalowpark. Nice town of medemblik right next to it. Gym, swimming pool and sport facilities in the park. Houses are great for up to six people. Super friendly hosts / people around. Great place
The staff.are very nice ,friendly and very helpful.the house is lovely, clean and offers everything you need to have a nice time from kitchen equipment to garden furniture flat screen tv guess toilet downstairs and big bathroom upstairs.the park is also clean and has also has boats,bikes,gokarts to rent at a very reasonable prices.just a few meters away from the park is a beautiful little beaches to relax and enjoy .the little town is also in walking distance and the harbour right around the corner .I will defiantly comming back and would recommend this place for a.great holiday
Have been here more times that I can count. Always a pleasure to stay for a few days. Quiet, calm, cozy, etc. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to relax.
